专利说明:
The invention relates to an external vision device for a vehicle, comprising a camera. More and more vehicles are equipped with cameras installed outside said vehicles, intended to assist drivers, such as so-called reversing cameras used in particular during parking and / or reverse maneuvers, panoramic cameras used to facilitate maneuvering of heavy goods vehicles ... An evolution aims, moreover, to use these cameras for “rear view” purposes, or, in other words, to replace the rear view mirrors of the vehicles by cameras housed in profiled shells having in particular the advantage of having a coefficient of drag significantly lower than that of traditional mirrors. All of these vision devices require ensuring that the images transmitted by the cameras have sufficient clarity to be able to be used reliably. They must therefore not be dirty and be able to be cleaned easily or even automatically. The current solution, as described in patent application WO 2016/116231, consists in producing vision devices comprising a cleaning head and a camera, movable relative to each other between a cleaning position, where they are located opposite each other, and an active shooting position where they are distant from each other. Such a solution has the major drawback of neutralizing the operation of the camera for the duration of the procedures for cleaning the latter. However, if this neutralization can possibly be tolerated when using the cameras for driving assistance purposes, it is however totally inconceivable in the context of "rear view" for safety reasons. The present invention aims to eliminate this drawback and has the main objective of providing a vision device designed to guarantee the sharpness of the images transmitted by the camera without requiring momentary neutralization of the operation of the latter. To this end, the invention relates to an external vision device for a vehicle, comprising a camera provided with a lens, housed in a housing having, opposite said lens, a wall, called front wall, pierced with an opening forming a window for taking pictures of said camera, and, according to the invention, this vision device comprises: • formed in the housing, an internal partition at least substantially parallel to the front wall of said housing, pierced, opposite the shooting window, with an opening of dimensions at least substantially equal to those of said shooting window view, • positioned opposite, on the periphery of the respective openings formed in the front wall and the internal partition, two peripheral scraper seals delimiting a longitudinal slide between said front wall and internal partition, • a transparent screen of dimensions adapted to slide longitudinally, sealingly, in the slide delimited by the two peripheral scraper seals, between at least two shooting positions in each of which different surface portions of said screen are positioned opposite the shooting window, • means of displacement of the screen adapted to make it slide between its different es positions. According to the invention, the camera is therefore housed in a waterproof case, the sealing of which is ensured by a movable screen inside a slide designed, on the one hand, to guarantee the sealing of the case, and on the other hand, to achieve, without breaking this seal, cleaning the screen when the latter moves between its different positions. This vision device therefore leads to providing a waterproof housing housing the camera, the shooting window of which is closed by a screen kept permanently clean, allowing the continuous operation of the camera under conditions capable of guaranteeing the sharpness of the images. transmitted. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention aimed at optimally simplifying the kinematics of movement of the screen, the dimensions of this screen and its means of movement are adapted to allow it to slide along a return journey between two shooting positions: a first position in which a central surface portion is positioned facing the shooting window, and a second position in which an extreme surface portion is positioned facing said viewing window shooting. In addition, with a view in particular to reducing the dimensions of the housing, the screen and the slide advantageously have, according to the invention, longitudinally the shape of a cylinder arc of convexity oriented towards the front wall of the housing. According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the vision device comprises a sensor for detecting the presence of liquid and dirt on the external face of the screen, arranged in the housing facing the taking-up window. view. In addition, ambient light detection means are advantageously adapted, according to the invention, to adjust the detection level of the sensor for the presence of liquid and dirt as a function of the ambient light. Such a sensor for detecting the presence of liquid and dirt constitutes the control element for managing the movements of the screen and, according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, control means are adapted to control the activation of said displacement means to the data delivered by said detection sensor. According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, means for spraying a cleaning liquid are arranged so as to spray said liquid on the external face of the surface portion of the screen positioned opposite the window. shooting. In addition, in order to optimize the dimensions of the housing, the front wall of the latter has a recess in which the shooting window is provided, and the spraying means for cleaning the external face of the screen are housed in said housing and arranged so as to open into the recess of the front wall. Furthermore, means for spraying a cleaning liquid are also arranged, advantageously according to the invention, so as to spray said liquid on the inner face of a surface portion of the screen located in the housing at the outside the runner. According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the vision device comprises means for heating the screen controlled by a temperature sensor, so as to be triggered at the risk of the formation of water deposits in the form of fog, frost, snow ... on said screen. In addition, the control means are then advantageously adapted, according to the invention, to prohibit the activation of the screen displacement means during the operation of the heating means of said screen, so as to avoid damage to the means of displacement of the screen during the presence of snow, frost ... on the latter. Other characteristics, objects and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description which follows, with reference to the appended drawings which represent, by way of nonlimiting example, a preferred embodiment. In these drawings: FIG. 1 is a schematic top view of a vision device according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of this vision device shown in one of the two shooting positions of the screen, - And Figure 3 is a schematic perspective view of this vision device shown in the second shooting position of the screen. The vision device shown in the figures is intended to be installed outside a vehicle, for example in place of an exterior mirror. This vision device comprises, firstly, a housing 1 in the example of generally rectangular shape, comprising a front front wall 1a having a median recess 1b, a rear front wall 1c in which is formed an orifice 3 for electrical connection and hydraulic of said housing 1, and two transverse walls such as 1d extending between the two front walls 1a, 1c. The front front wall 1a is, in addition, pierced with a shooting window 2, in the example of rectangular shape, formed in the recess 1b, on the periphery of the internal face of which is attached a scraper seal 7 such as lip seal. Internally, the housing 1 incorporates a partition 6 having the general shape of a U consisting of: • a front internal wall 6a parallel to the front wall 1a of said housing 1, arranged opposite the reinforcement 1b, and pierced, opposite the shooting window 2, with an opening 8 of the same shapes and dimensions as those of said shooting window 2, on the periphery of the external face of which (face located opposite the front face 1a of the housing 1) is joined a scraper seal 9 such as lip seal delimiting a longitudinal slide with the scraper seal 7, • of two internal transverse walls 6b, 6c connecting the internal front wall 6a to the rear front wall 1c of the housing 1, and dividing the internal volume of the latter into three compartments consisting of a central compartment C1 and, on the one hand and the other of the latter, in two lateral compartments C2 and C3. The housing 1 also incorporates a screen 10 made of a transparent material such as glass or a plastic material such as poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), of a shape suitable for sliding in a sealed manner inside the slide delimited by the two scraper seals 7, 9. This screen 10 has longitudinally, in the example, the shape of a cylindrical arc of convexity oriented towards the front wall 1a of the housing 1, and the slide is adapted so that said screen 10 moves along a circular trajectory . In addition, this screen 10 has a length advantageously adapted to be able to be moved longitudinally between two positions, according to a return trip: a first position, shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in which a central surface portion 10a is positioned in the slide opposite the shooting window 2, and the end surface portions 10b and 10c are extend on either side of said slide, respectively in compartments C2 and C3, - A second position, shown in FIG. 2, in which the end surface portion 10c initially extending in the compartment C3, is positioned opposite the shooting window 2, and the central surface portion 10a and the other end surface portion 10b extend into the compartment C2. In view of these longitudinal displacements of the screen 10, the vision device comprises, in the example, two motorized assemblies 12, 13 arranged in the compartment C2 of the housing 1 on either side of said screen 10, for driving by friction of this screen 10. For this purpose, each of these motorized assemblies 12, 13 consists of a rotational drive motor, each of a friction wheel. Furthermore, the waterproof case 1, closed by the mobile screen 10, described above, is equipped, first of all: • a camera 4 arranged in the central compartment C1, so that the objective of said camera 4 is oriented relative to the shooting window 2, • a rain sensor 5 intended for detecting the presence of liquid and dirt on the external face of the screen 10, of the type, for example, infrared sensor, also housed in the central compartment C1. In addition, the rain sensor 5 is coupled to a brightness detector 18, such as advantageously the brightness sensor usually fitted to current vehicles, so that the detection level of said rain sensor 5 is adjusted as a function of the brightness ambient measured by said brightness sensor 18. With a view to this coupling, the vision device is equipped with a processing unit 19 which is generally remote, for example in a door in the case of a "rear view", programmed to manage the vision device according to the invention , and to which are connected, for this purpose, not only the rain sensor 5 and the light sensor 18, but also the other equipment described above, namely: the camera 4 and the two motorized assemblies 12, 13. The sealed case 1 is also equipped with means for spraying a cleaning liquid arranged so as to spray said liquid respectively on each of the two faces of the screen 10. These spraying means comprise, firstly, a first spray nozzle 14 arranged so as to spray the cleaning liquid on the external face of the surface portion (10a (FIGS. 1 and 3) or 10c (FIG. 2)) of the screen 10 positioned opposite the shooting window 2. To this end, this spray nozzle 14 is positioned in the compartment C3, so as to open into the recess 1b and to deliver the jet of liquid in the direction of the shooting window 2. These spraying means also comprise a second spray nozzle 15 disposed in the compartment C3 so as to spray the cleaning liquid on the internal face of the end surface portion 10c when the latter extends into the said compartment C3 (Figures 1 and 3). It should be noted that, likewise, a spray nozzle may be disposed in the compartment C2 so as to spray the cleaning liquid on the inner face of the central surface portion 10a when the latter extends in said compartment C2 (figure 2). The spray nozzles 14, 15 are, moreover, connected by pipes 16 to a distributor 17 whose operation is managed by the processing unit 19, Finally, the waterproof housing 1 is also equipped with heating means 11 for the screen 10 slaved to a temperature sensor (not shown), so as to be triggered at the risk of the formation of water deposits in the form of fog, frost, snow ... on said screen 10. These heating means 11 can be separated from the screen 10 and, for example, adapted to ensure the maintenance of an adequate temperature inside the housing 1 and therefore also ensure the maintenance of the screen 10 at an adequate temperature. . These heating means 11 can also be integrated into the screen 10 and consist, for example, of electric wires embedded in said screen 10. Whatever their nature, the heating means 11 are, moreover, connected to the processing unit 19, and the latter is programmed to prohibit the activation of the motorized means 12, 13 during the operation of said heating means 11. The above-described vision device therefore consists of a waterproof housing 1 incorporating a camera 4, and of which the shooting window 2 is closed by a movable transparent screen 10, on the one hand ensuring the sealing of the housing 1 and , on the other hand, whose cleaning which guarantees the sharpness of the images transmitted by the camera 4, is carried out without causing interruption of the shots.
